Getting started

Search

The 'add trade' form can be accessed via menu --> trades --> add trade as well as via menu --> stats --> main overview, where there is a top-button that says 'add trade'.

domain: the domain of the site you're starting a trade with.
url: the url where you're going to send traffic to. The domain must appear in the url.
title: the title to use for this site. The title can be used for toplists.
email: the email addy of the webmaster of the site that you're starting a trade with.
icq: the icq number of the other webmaster. When you fill out a icq number, the letters 'icq' will appear in your main overview next to the domain. If you have icq installed, you can click this link, which will automatically open icq with a message window, to the other webmaster.
nickname: the nickname of the other webmaster. You can see his nickname when you hold your mouse over the icq link in the main overview.
webmaster page access: If you turn this off, then other webmasters can no longer check the stats of their trade with you via the signup page.
password: the password for the other webmaster to check his stats via the signup page.
bg color: The color set here is given to new trades in the main overview. Give new trades a unique color so it's easy to notice them.
in toplist: If you turn this on, the new site will be added to the toplist with the next update, which is usually only a minute away.
toplist description: the toplist description can be used for toplists.
toplist image: the toplist image can be used for toplists. A full url is required, without <img> tags.
in guardian: If you turn this on then the guardian can disable the trade when it violates a setting of the guardian. Since you can set a minimum amount of hits before the guardian reviews a trade, it doesn't hurt new (small) trades.
trade type: Select the trade type for the new trade. Check the reference for more information about the different trade types.
% of hits in to return: If the trade type is set to 'return % of hits in', then the percentage that is filled out here is used. Check the reference for more information about this trade type.
% of clicks to return: If the trade type is set to 'return % of clicks', then the percentage that is filled out here is used. Check the reference for more information about this trade type.
boost type: Because both boost types are limited (high force max 4 trades, extreme boost max 1 trade) this is set to none by default. Check the reference for more information about the different boost types.
min prod: If the trade type is set to A.I. Capped, then trades with a click productivity % lower than the value set here won't receive any hits back untill the quality of their traffic goes up again. This is great to enforce a minimum level of quality. If the trade type is set to A.I. Full this setting has no effect on the trade.
min value: If the trade type is set to A.I. Capped, then trades with a trade productivity % lower than the value set here won't receive any hits back untill the quality of the trade goes up again. Trade prod is calculated with the formula clicks / hits out * 100%. This number has no affect on the A.I. full trade type.
max return: If the trade type is set to A.I. Capped, then the value set here limites how much traffic a trade can max receive. If the trade type is set to A.I. Full, this value is taken in account but not enforced fully.
hourly force: ATX will try to send a trade every hour the amount of hits set here minimum.
force time: The force time sets how long a hourly force and a boost should last. Check the reference for more information about force times.
skim %: The value set here overrides the skim % set in the url. This way you can give one trade a skim of 90% while all other trades receive for example the 60% that is set in the url. Click patterns can override the skim % set here. For more information about overriding skim percentages check the reference. Leave this field empty to use the URL skim.

note
Trades added via the admin of ATX are not checked by the SCS.
